Who we are
ShortForm Game Agency (“SFGA,” “we,” “us”) operates shortform.games. This policy describes how we handle information collected through the site.
What we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect:
- Name
- Company (optional)
- Email address
- Project type (selected from a dropdown)
- Message content
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on this site. The contact form loads hCaptcha for spam protection, which may set a functional cookie and read browser signals while you complete the check. If we add analytics or similar tracking in future, we will update this policy and, where required by law, implement a consent mechanism before any such tracking begins.
How we use it
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client or partner, to conduct that business relationship. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or marketing without your separate consent.
Third-party processing
Contact form submissions are processed through Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service, which transmits your submission to our email. Web3Forms’ own privacy practices govern their handling of data in transit; see their policy at web3forms.com/privacy. Our contact form also uses hCaptcha for spam protection; hCaptcha may process limited technical data (such as IP address and browser signals) to distinguish humans from bots, subject to its own privacy policy.
Data retention
We retain contact form submissions for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records, and delete or anonymize them thereafter unless a longer period is required by law or an active business relationship.
Your rights
If you are in the EU/EEA/UK (GDPR): you have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, use the contact form on our homepage and choose “Privacy request” as the project type.
If you are a California resident (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as defined under CCPA. To exercise these rights, use the contact form on our homepage and choose “Privacy request” as the project type.
International transfers
Web3Forms and our email provider may process data in the United States. By submitting the form, you consent to this transfer.
Children’s privacy
This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date above.
